Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of photography services provided by Maria Tylec Photography. By booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £30 is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Payments can be made via bank transfer or paypal.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 30 days of the original booking.

Session Policies

Sessions will start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. If the session exceeds the booked time, additional charges may apply. Clients and guests are not permitted to take photos or videos during the session unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

Image Delivery

Edited digital images will be delivered within 21 days of the session via a private online gallery. Raw files will not be provided under any circumstances. Additional prints and products are available for purchase upon request.

Copyright and Usage

All images are the property of Maria Tylec Photography and are protected by copyright law. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and share their images. Images may not be edited, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Model Release

Clients agree that Maria Tylec Photography may use images from their session for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used for these purposes, please notify Maria Tylec Photography in writing.

Style and Portfolio

Clients are encouraged to review Maria Tylec Photography’s portfolio prior to booking to ensure they are familiar with and accept the photographer’s style. By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they accept the photographer’s artistic vision and style.

Social Media

Maria Tylec Photography retains the right to share images from sessions on social media platforms. Clients are welcome to share their images on social media, provided that proper credit is given to Maria Tylec Photography.

Liability

Maria Tylec Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the session. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the refund of any payments received.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing photography services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

By booking a session with Maria Tylec Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
